In this specific episode we get grandma Olenna, Margaery manipulating Joffrey, that monologue of Catelyn about her behaviour with Jon, the introduction of the Reeds and a fight between Brienne & Jaime. What an episode!

I think the servants plan some kind of a menu to serve, often based on some sophisticated customs and etiquette. Olenna asking for the cheese early was probably unordinary and caught the servant offguard. I don't know if it's been confirmed, but many people suspect Olenna actually did it to buy time for Sansa to speak the truth when it's just the three of them.

I think something that makes the show even more enjoyable to watch is understanding that imperfect, gray characters are part of what makes it so good. I think you'll miss out on some things if you hold the perspective of "you're a character whose actions I don't like, I don't care what you've got to say actually". I feel like I've seen that happen especially with many scenes with Cersei and Catelyn that are actually really interesting. It's understandable their past actions affect whether you feel sympathy towards the character or not, but you could save those comments until after you've observed the scene and digested the dialogue. By all means, you're allowed to make the kinda reaction videos you want, but just from the perspective of your own enjoyment, I don't think it's advisable to speak over the characters.

Wings are white meat. If you go to a chicken joint that upcharges for white, you will pay extra for wings and breast. The more technical description is dark meat are the muscles that do more work; on a chicken, these are legs and thighs. Chickens don't work their breast and wing muscles as hard so those muscles don't develop the same blood flow dark coloring. Ok, back to the reaction!

Polliver stole Needle from Arya in Season 2 when the Night's Watch recruits were captured. He needed Needle to pick his teeth before he killed Lommy. If Arya still had Needle, she would have still lost to Thoros, as he is one of the best sword fighters in Westeros, but would not have been so humiliated using a sword that was too heavy for her. As for Jaime, he's been sitting on his bones for a year and had his hands bound. In the books Brienne acknowledges to herself, had the Lion been at full strength, she was not sure she could have beaten him.
