Yes should turn on and off when the car is started and turned off.

Would you not know main thing trans temp and it’s not there. So won’t be fitting it

Yes its one of the main things you'd like to keep and eye on unlike the scanguage or ultraguage that heve them Its more of a trip computer with some engine monitors and the ability to clear codes if needed. Cheers.

Why ECT say 43..should be 143F

ECT is the engine collant temp in celcius and the car was warming up. Normlly sits at 88 degrees celcius.

Coolant temp is legit on dash don’t know why youd add that as well

The dash gauge is quite broad and generally wont register in the red until it's too late. The digital gauge gives you a much better idea of what the engine temp is particulary when towing. Cheers

Don't call it Scan gauge as it's not scan gauge but a cheap pretty useless copy
