Protein amounts per food type is not accurate, it should done not in weight but in calories. Oats have 5g of protein per serving (150 calories) while pasta contains 7-8 grams of protein per 200 calories. Pumpkin seeds, if you eat 100 grams is almost 600 calories.

I would love to see all the quantities in like plates. I am not someone who will weigh any of my food, as a busy mum I would be happy to eat right and healthy though. Is this something that you can make a video about?

I looked at how much protein different foods have per serving and how much I need per day and based on my calculations, it would be extremely hard to get enough protein as a vegetarian...I used a calculator and looked at the number recommended by Diabetes Association...

Can you give an example of how to calculate the muscle building recommendation? 0.4 per kg per meal x4meals? I don't understand it.
