You two are so cute together. I wish my daughter liked me as much as you seem to like your mother. I guess I'm not as likeable. Haha. Very cute to see.

I wish I could eat berries and beans. I can't digest them 😢 But I at least buy this powder of red fruits and veggies and drink a serving every day. Idk how I could replace the beans though. I eat granola cereal with yogurt and oat milk, similar to what your mom showed us in one of your videos. I'm so hooked on it! I just can't add the blueberries anymore...which was probably the healthiest part.

Love this video! I’m a vegetarian and the last few years my friends and family have been obsessed with trying to get me to eat meat because “it’s the only way to be healthy” and “you need more protein”. The protein obsession just seems crazy to me.

Wow, a 2 hour lunch! That’s amazing! My daughter’s gets 20 minutes including travel time to the cafeteria. She probably has less than 15 minutes to actually eat. Needless to say she comes home starving every day. American food priorities are wacky🤪

Thank you so much Lucie✨🤲🌟 for this eye opening class 😢 losing healthy weight and eating healthy balance ⚖️ meals 🍽️ is what we all should learn to do for the rest of our lives. Instead of making our bodies go through painful diets 😢 and long period food restrictions 😢. Losing healthy weight is a mental emotional experience, and a physical body experience.

I make my own vegan 🥬 sandwich 🥪 to take to work too. with vegan mayonnaise, avocado 🥑 slices, black beans 🫘, and lettuce🥬. Thank you so much Lucie✨🌟😇 for guiding us on which foods are constantly advertise in commercials, at the groceries 🛒, also in magazines as healthy but they are not 🚫

I want to lose weight but still remain vegan🥬 in the process but ever since i went vegan in 2018 I've gain more weight and now i want to lose it in a healthy way by getting all the nutrients my body needs. I've gain more weight being vegan 🥬 because i eat more carbs and less protein. I consider legumes plant protein like beans, 🫘 lentils, and chickpeas. Thank you so much Lucie✨✨✨ for another excellent class.

Avocado! 🥑 not exactly every day, but with salad such as iceberg, it goes really well. Lemon, with tea, hot water, with a little bit sugar on it as dessert :)) great video!

Nice vid. I've been eating skinless chicken breast with eggs and butter 3 times a day, for about the last 8 months (with the odd excursion into red meat) for an autoimmune complex of disorders. Watch out for oxalates!! Large quantities are present in most if not all of these foods, but if they are in presence of calcium the gut may not absorb them. Kidney stones can kill. And if you have MTHFR gene mutes, then watch out for anything fortified with folic acid, especially "whole grains" and pasta if you live in an English speaking country. I think other parts of the world are beginning to follow. Look for it added to any flours, yeasts, cereals, supplements, vitamin pills, dairy (can't remember where else, "energy" drinks I think)...and anything made from those things, depending on food codex used in region of production. I was convinced I was Coeliac. Looks like it was food fortified with folic acid.

1. Berries - especially antioxidants. 2. Peanut butter / nuts - high protein and fat. 3.Spinach - chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, especially iron. Antioxidants. 4. Beans - proteins. 5. Whole pasta and grains - vitamins, proteins. 6. Chocolate - just for fun as a beneficial. Bonus: Spices- prevent diseases, well to health.

This is a good list. I eat most of these, though, not always daily. I love beans, fruits, and blackberries. I love nuts, but find them difficult to eat as I'm aging. I need to work more on adding the greens also. Good goals. Thanks.😊

It depends on what the granola contains. If you eat a granola with puffed refined grains, yes. But it can made with nuts and seed. Even better, you can activate those seeds and make the granola.
