At what point did you tell us how to measure anything?

@@Scorponox93 No? Because if there is 80uL and set the pipette to 100uL, it will create an air bubble. I'll know that it is less than 100, but I won't know the exact amount. There is a trick where you can change the volume level while you are still holding the liquid in the tip of the pipette, but the video doesn't show it. It only says, "set it to a level and if you have air bubble in the tip or some liquid in the tube, but the liquid back in the tube, set the volume of pipette again, and then retry" - which would take a lot of time for lots of samples.
