Wise words. To avoid future crises, the unlikely nationalisation and responsiblisation of the banking system would be necessary. In a world where the neoliberal heart can't function as it should without a steady flow of oxygenated cash, this heart failure won't be allowed to happen. Unless you remove the cash and replace it with something better!
