Beautifully played, but would you ever play with your fingers - like a piano, rather than just the thumbs. I would think that would give more ability. Although I don't play the Kalimba.

Thanks nic! That would definitely give more ability! I know some people lay the instrument on a surface and play it that way with more fingers, but I prefer the sound when I play with just my thumbs. It sounds more vibrant that way. And I find just two thumbs more than enough of a challenge, no way I can focus on all of my fingers all at once :P You might wanna check out videos with array mbira's if you're interested. They are designed to play with more fingers at once, some people truly make magic on those things!
