Edwin Giron's Unfortunate 800m Race - 32nd Sea Games 2023

No one could've predicted this to happen. But a day before this 800m heat, Edwin Giron did the 1,500m race which he was able to time 4:04. It was a decent time. Perhaps his calves wasn't really able to recover from the intensity which it carried a day before. But knowing Giron, he could've went through this heat with ease having a time of 1:52-1:53.
For me, he really deserves another chance in the next Sea Games 2025. What do you think?

Walang nag first aid like galawin yun paa. Parang hinde alam nung mga medic gagawin nila.
