But I was there for her.All the family members came against me.Thinking she had money I was helping her with everything she needed food anything she needed I was her huckleberry straight or flush good or bad. I produced many records with Edwin. He was humble...patient..gracious...a musical genius and pushed me to be better. I was in awe...we traveled around the world together. He is so missed...but his music lives on...RIP.

Although this song was originally written by the Gaithers, it is based on Daniel 7:13,14. I have found that a majority of Edwin (and the late Walter) Hawkins songs were based on Scriptures. This fact makes their contribution to Gospel music even more enduring.
