Hi Tom. What about doing a Video on "Using ClickUp as a CRM"? Its a topic that many are interested in, I would believe. Its a common question, that anyone would have, whether or not ClickUp has the capacity to stand up against Hubspot or Pipedrive with regard to CRM needs, and what may be some limitations / best practices. What do you think? What do you use as a CRM?

Thanks for your request! We are sure Tom will agree, that ClickUp is not a CRM. We at the Paperless Movement® are using ActiveCampaign as a CRM and we know our Co-Founder and 4 Business owner Paco Cantero loves CLAY as his personal CRM. This being said, it’s still an interesting topic we certainly will discuss with Tom and Paco how a video could look like! Stay tuned!!

@@paperlessmove Hi Tom, I also would be highly interested in using CU as a sort of CRM. Would it also be possible to follow up your client's activity for new ones (new prospects) and also for the ones (customers) that are ordering frequently following the same procedure?
