I thought distortion guns do 95% reduced damage to shields?

Ulf was using distortions (in the video he said "disruptors", but what he meant was distortions), and in the end I think he did disable the HH with his "disruptors" and yes, the distortions is ineffective against shield now

We need a way like in Elite, to determine where someone jumped to so that they can be followed.
