Since February of 2023 I have been using organic hexane free cold pressed castor oil to get rid of cataracts. I like the small brown glass bottles with the glass droppers. ALL oils for the body and used in cooking food should be in glass bottles since oil can leach the toxins that are in plastics whether they claim to be BPA free or otherwise.

I am 64 years old.. My skin is suuuuuper sensitive. Organic jojoba oil (I only use USDA Organic) is the only product that doesn't irritate my skin. I do sometimes layer or use organic (only USDA organic) castor oil. The castor oil around my mouth and on my lips (I sleep with it on) has greatly minimized wrinkles and lines in that area of my face. (Because castor oil is sticky, I apply jojoba oil to my skin first, then layer the castor oil on top.) I alsoI use the NuFace mini every morning; takes about 5 minutes. (I bought mine at Ulta for $99.) If I skip a day, my skin starts to look old/dull/lines show up. Lastly, I sit under a red light (I purchased mine from Megelin). It was $149, has a long center pole so you can actually sit under it and the red light will be cast over the entire body. The red light will clear your skin and make dark spots fade. It may seem like a financial investment at first, but having tried many gadgets and products, this routine keeps my skin clear and taut, my complexion even, and my sensitive skin stays calm and non-irritated. ❤

Lanolin is an oil made from a sheep’s sebacious glands (and not as some claim from lamb-embryos !) - and is widely used in certain shaving creams & other moisturising products - it could be added to a night time and morning topical moisturising ritual if the user has no allergic reaction (rare in any case…) - seems to do wonder for my skin (but my secret to ‘no wrinkle skin’ at age 66 has always ask’d been preventative : mental control of stress, a happy-joyous approach to living & working, 9.5 hours of sleep per night, minimum direct sun exposure (hats are back in style, at least in the California Bay Area !) and no alcohol/drugs or smoking - and plenty of green tea !! ) LoL

Love your channel @CHRISGIBSONLIVE I have bought Frankincense, Myrrh, Sandalwood and Vanilla essential oils with Coconut Oil as a carrier oil. What ratio of each should be mixed to create an effective skin treatment for face and/or neck (eg how many drops of each)??

Essential oils need a carrier as they are too concentrated and strong.

Essential oils must be diluted into a carrier oil. Never directly to skin as they are concentrated. Safest 1% - 5% essential oils diluted in carrier oil almond oil, castor oil, olive oil, jojoba oil etc.

Hi Chris, you have told us before, numerous times about Frankincense, Myrrh and Sandalwood oil for our skin. You’re even playing the same videos over and over. I’ve noticed this for a while. How about something different please? 😊
