A certified doctor ( dermatologist) in my country ( south Europe), has advised me the following for healthy and tight skin: 1) good cleansing with mild cleanser morning and night 2) rinse thoroughly to avoid irritation from the cleanser 3) mild exfoliation twice a week in winter and once a week at summer , to get rid of the dead cells (so as not to soak the dead cells of the skin in the various creams ) 4) appropriate serum, according to the needs of the skin (recommended hyaluronic serum for me) 5) hydrating cream in the morning, repairing cream at night 6) sun care product in the morning 7) healthy diet 8) plenty of water, in order to get rid of the toxins ( which poison the whole body) 9) exercise every day, to ensure full motivation of all the organs in the body for best body breathing and circulation 10) stay as long as possible in the fresh, clean air ant breathe deeply. 11) have a positive mind, trust God, love everything Blessings from south Europe!❤

Thanks for this vid! People should know how powerful is Castor oil, it helped my skin and hair A LOT. This with combination with microneedling, it's a big miracle. I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible (Also been suffering from hairloss), anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 44 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist, hair became thicker again. People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin + thinking that using oils won't do much because it's natural.

+1 for kora. I started doing microneedIIing since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my late 30's or early 40's. If you’re using it at night there won’t be enough left over to have to “remove” in the morning. There is basically nothing to do about it. I got my 1st grey at the ripe age of 13. Then by the age of 21-22, I had a bunch. By 35, about 80% of the hair in the front has gone grey (vs maybe 10% in the back). It’s genetic, I have seen 26-28 year old girls with 80-90% grey 🤷🏻♀️ If your hair goes grey in patches due to stress, it might improve a little bit, but the genetic part has no treatment YET. And btw I have inherited my greys from my father’s side. My mom is 30 years older and has maybe 10-15% and my brother has 3-4 single grey hairs in his temples. Soooo it is what it is…

Yes, but Beverly Johnson the supermodel also uses Almond oil which is really hard consistency like wax, so if you mix that with Castor oil you can make a balm, like chapstick that you can just smooth on. Shania Twain says she uses snail extract. I bought a ton of snail masks when I was stationed in Korea, they are very popular in Asia, they create a non oily film that keeps skin hydrated, when you cant run out with heavy castor or other oils on the skin. Surprised they are not mentioned more in these beauty vids, and yeah I am sixty going on 30 as far as my face is concerned. But not drinking and never smoking is probably a big reason for that as well.

@HellyBelly937 күн бұрын
If it's too heavy, use less of it, but also dilute it with the carrier oil you prefer. But the best tip is to dilute it with squalane as squalane is something your own skin produces and needs, and is suitable for most skin types. Castor oil was VERY heavy on my skin, but after diluting it, I can use it every day now :)

If your lotion is for a specific use or treatment, (other than basic lotion to moisturize the skin) you might want to allow it to fully absorb first. If it's just basic moisturizer, adding a drop or two will be a great benefit to the skin as well. The only reason I'm suggesting to allow moisturizer to fully absorb is if it's for exfoliation, treatment, etc. you want the active ingredients to fully absorb, rather than sitting on top of the skin in oil. One thing I've learned along the way when using oils is that once my moisturizer is fully absorbed, I would apply it on damp skin, or even go over it with my hands wet, spritz my skin with water, Aloe Vera juice, witch hazel, etc. This will help it to absorb better, as well as push it in deeper. Especially since Castor oil is a lot thicker than most oils. Again, this is simply a suggestion I've learned along the way. I hope it helps 😊

I make all natural soap based on grass-fed beef tallow, coconut oil, olive oil, and castor oil, with aloe vera juice and coconut milk. For my complexion clearing soap, I add very finely ground charcoal from bamboo in a pretty swirl while I'm making the soap. When I want to deep clean my face, I lather up well with this soap and tap my hand on a little dish of granulated sugar. I massage my face and my nose, then rinse with clear water. The sugar is slowly dissolving while you're using it to exfoliate your face, so it can't scratch you if you're not rubbing too hard. The charcoal also dissolves and does a miracle by really cleaning out and shrinking those pores. A friend of mine had severe acne most of her life. She told me she was getting married in 6 weeks, did I have anything that would help. I gave her a couple bars of this charcoal soap and I told her how to use the sugar with it. Her wedding photos were fantastic and you would never know she ever had acne.

I’ve tried it only a few times around my eyes and my eyes also looked more wrinkly and irritated, I had blurry vision, I stopped using it, I didn’t like it. I also heard that castor oil can dizolve the fat around your eyes.😬

I’ve not heard this. I’m quite fair already and wouldn’t want my face getting lighter than the rest of me. Geez.

I thought castor did something amazing for my face wen I used it but, like vitamin e, I believe it may have clogged pores and nothing for melasma so I stopped with it

Africans and Caribbeans swear that castor oil is great for hair growth. I'm scared applying it to my face with give me a mustache or 5 o'clock shadow. Idk idk

If you are a woman, you don't have to worry about hair growth on your face. It's not going to magically grow new hairs that were not there naturally.

It doesn’t grow any facial hair

It is great for both skin and hair, it won't make you start to grow facial hair but if you are worried you can just use it on specific areas like around your eyes and on forhead, and avoid chin and upper lip areas

I use castor oil, but be aware it stains your pillow cases.

I put a towel over my pillow and wash it often. No problem with staining.

Castor oil is great, but it can cause orbital fat loss if applied to the eyelids for eyelash growth. It's not as dramatic as Latisse, but I’ve tried it a few times and stopped due to aging effects around my eyelids. Luckily, the fat comes back after stopping. Makes sense since castor oil can break down fats!

Wonder why nobody talks about this when recommending it?

I also got red eyes ( seeing blurry) from using castor oil around the eyes. I won’t use it again on my eyes.

If castor oil breaks down fats , what happens with the facial fat when it’s used on the face?😬

I tried a lotion that burned my skin. It was the Goldbond age renew retinol overnight for face and body. Castor oil healed the burn and scaliness in 3 days. I use it every night. I also have a device that takes facial hair off in a minute.

7:40 He doesn't know what he's talking about. "Does baking soda contain enzymes? Household cleaners such as vinegar, lemon, and baking soda are not enzymatic cleaners." Baking soda is Sodium Bicarbonate, a salt. It is not an enzyme and does not contain enzymes.
