Eat like a king at morning, medium at noon and lighter at evening. Don't eat animal meat and as it is complex and may cause cancer. Work harder Work only on which you love. Don't work on something which you don't love. Love your work Sitting is bad. Standing is better. Walking is best. Don't sleep when Sun is Up. In sleeping room Don't have any electric switch on. Sleep in pitch dark light Don't sleep more than 9hrs, your life span comes down, muscles start degenerating. Don't over eat at night Don't eat after Sunset Walk Daily Love everyone (give, forgive)

Good advice but i couldnot eat dinner before 7 pm. I'm a business man closed shop at 7.30 anyway i'm eating 1 rorti n vegs or small quantyties rice n 2 pieces meat only this meal make me good blood pressure n healthy.

All non vegetarians are annoyed by his statement 😮😮..even I was non vegetarian but stopped few years back...I completely eat vegetarian food now and I feel light, more healthier than before, my skintone improved, digestive system improved...I totally happy being vegetarian now.....BM Hegde sir is the best doctor, if u follow atleast 10% of what he is suggesting u will get to know the difference

I love this doctor ! I agree with him on most of the aspects But with lot of respect, eating a small meal 6 times a day is the worst advice any doctor can give to his or her patients. It keeps Insulin levels high and hard to get rid of weight. Our ancestors never did that either.

No-one has specified what that meal you are taking after every 2 hours. It is not a meal. You can even take 2 peanuts and treat this as 1 instalment of your meal. Like that go on adding very small bite of something and call it a.meal. sirs, i am not an expert in this. May be my stupidity.
