So happy I stumbled upon your channel. Back in December of last year my body just spiraled into major physical anxiety symptoms (chest pain, tachycardia, shortness of breath, sweating). Doctors prescribed me anything and everything to try to get my symptoms under control, and the only thing that semi helped me relax was Xanax. I stopped the Xanax on February 21st, and I definitely feel the withdrawal symptoms. Some days are worse than others, but I feel better since I’ve stopped taking it. For me the brain fog and insomnia are the worst symptoms right now. Watching your videos inspires me to keep pushing through. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us and for uplifting those who are going through something similar.

Benzodiazepines like Xanax can be useful in certain situations for sure but can be abused and even taking them as prescribed can cause dependence. It’s great to here you’re pushing through and that my videos can help provide some encouragement. Keep fighting back you got this! I appreciate you reaching out 🙏

Stay strong man. I started on 37.5 then went to 75 for about 6 months, now im on 150mg and its just horrible, but only been 1 week.

The doctor told me to take it every other day for a week then just stop I was at 50 something mg’s they said it was the lowest dose when it’s not it’s day 3 I belive of being off of it and I don’t feel too shitty other than the brain zaps are horrible
