This is sooo common nowadays, almost all my friends have them, it's epydhemic. The pressure of life we are constantly put into causes it, the principles of this capitalism and constant angst produces it, store fear in our body, and it is completly normal to feel out of balance. It's just we cannot adapt ourselves to the abnormalities of the world. Hugs for you♥️

If u take your medications as prescribed, and the dose is not affecting your daily life, why in the world would you want to stop and go thru withdrawal. I have bn addict for years. Now I am prescribed medication to help combat my addictive personality and I’m fine. Work , married have to beautiful sons . No way I’m goin thru that crap off withdrawals again. I hope n pray I dnt. Instead off stopping cold turkey, how about taking the smallest amount possible to maintain the body’s need for the drug and go on in life. If the meds are not affecting your behavior and health

Watch my first three videos and you’ll understand everything. Medications ruined my body and brain, they’ve always caused more harm for me. They never worked, and I became trapped on them and was gaslit by doctors telling me it was a mental illness when the issues I was having were because of the medication. Akathisia, severe anxiety, weight gain, agitation, delusions, OCD…the list goes on. Nothing I ever had before meds. I didn’t stop cold turkey. I’m still tapering Effexor.

Bro....I feel your pain so much as I am a recent victim of a Dr putting me on the wrong medication. I think about ending it everyday but still have a glimmer of hope that life may be possible. Thing is I am also full on alcoholic and been on prescribed opiods for years. So I am starting to think I first got to go to a rahab but if they do not give me a benzo for sleep I would never survive. I must have a benzo every night for any chance at sleep. Its such a horrific cycle. I can barely take care of myself. At least you are trying your best to recover with proper nutrition & supplementation and have a positive outlook. It keeps me going. Stay strong brother. I pray for you 🙏

Anti anxiety meds are basically anti depressants and won’t solve your problem they will make you feel numb or won’t help. It can help you temporarily. Anxiety i don’t wish this on my worst enemy. Before anxiety i was terrified op spiders. I kid you not i have mostly overcome my fear of spiders because panick attacks are scarier then spiders in my opinion 😢 I get the affirmations but your using it to fight the anxiety and make it go away sadly it does not work like that. Everything you do to fight it will make it come back or make it worse. The key to overcoming anxiety is accepting the anxiety that does not mean you have to like it no it is horrible but we need stop compulsions by that i mean anything that we do to make it go away. We need to acknowledge the anxiety and go on with what we are doing to the best of our capability. And that does not mean it will stop and go away right away. But the more we do this we tell our brain there is no danger and it becomes less and less overtime.

@Iliketurtlezz Күн бұрын
@@jozefien1702 withdawal from these highly neurotoxic drugs cause damage to your neurons on a smaller level. All your pathways are damaged, your serotonin and nor-adrenaline are all out whack. Body is looking for homeostasis to fix this but it wont be possible as long as your body is still on these drugs, hence you get a lot of chemical bad anxiety and terror attacks. Anxiety attacks do not even cover the severity of these attacks which are pure hell. You cannot train your brain in this state, the dude in the video is in a permanent state of fight or flight. Chemical attacks due to withdrawal or tollerance are horrible.

Hey there, Just found your channel. I just want to say I am wishing you the best. I can rleate to what you are going through, your love for music and trying to fight back and find the answers. Wanted to say be careful with B Vitamins, I overdosed on accident because a doctor told me to take it. It caused twitching spasms and nureoptahy. Once I stopped them and fixed my diet it took 3 weeks to kick back in and nromalize.

I know you are probably thinking, if I am taking this medication, then I admit to having a disorder. Or you may think wow I have to take this medicine to feel okay, something must be wrong with me. But that is the wrong way to think about it. Taking the meds will always be the right choice over stopping suddenly.
@victorh8863
@victorh8863 21 күн бұрын
Why did you stop? That is the question? Whatever benefits you will gain from stopping do not outweigh the benefits of just taking the damn medication. Albeit, you are probably wondering how you would have been if you NEVER began the medication in the first place. What IF you never took a single Effexor EVER? You don't know. The meds will make you feel better literally as soon as you take the first dose.
