Hey man, thanks for making these videos! I’m currently with you on this journey with you and it’s pretty awful but I’m not quitting either. what supplements are you taking currently? I use magnesium, a multi, vitamin d, and melatonin to help with sleep.

Similar to you, magnesium, Vit B, C, D, fish oil. I also do a protocol for my microbiome which includes colostrum and a probiotic. Chamomile tea and melatonin at night before bed. Thank you for watching 🙏
