Thanks mate. That script to open iTerm really helped me out in getting input into the console with custom workflows. Appreciate it.

I've tried really hard to justify getting Alfred but failed... I can do everything except running Terminal commands directly using the built in Spotlight and using its modifier keys. To run system commands and custom Terminal commands I've created Script Editor and Automator applications that I can trigger via Spotlight to do the exact same thing. MacOS also has its own built in Snippets feature called Text Replacements.

What's the iTerm theme/color config you are using?
@jesse19skelton5 жыл бұрын
I'll do a vid on that soon. Basically, I created a profile with the window to be slightly transparent and black background and tabs.

@@jesse19skelton yeah, your iterm theme is dope. Can you make a video with your custom settings?
@oleholgerson34164 жыл бұрын
I think the biggest difference is to use the „minimal“ theme instead of regular.

Just press SHIFT. You may have to go into Alfred's settings > Features > Previews > and check the box that says "Shift to Quick Look Selected Item".

Alfred would only list 3 items when I search for files with similar names :-(
@jesse19skelton4 жыл бұрын
Do you mean Alfred isn't finding certain files on your computer? If so check out the help guide here : www.alfredapp.com/help/troubleshooting/indexing/ .. Maybe your search scope is not right.

Thank you for that it was very informative, however, if you could lose the music! It's very annoying and not enhancing your video. This isnt' a criticism just for your own info.
