The key to hitting like Roger is to open up your body to the ball at the right time, so your arm and racquet can come through relaxed.

This is a very soft warm up like 30 percent of maximum. Pros do this to basically warm up from zero.

Federer looks so loose and relaxed and his feet never really settle into the court, they’re always moving a little bit, split-stepping and gently bouncing.

He’s good. Lag and snap. On the forehand relatively no linear, weight transfer stepping into the ball. It’s angular momentum, lag and snap.

Have to split Rafa and Novak out though - Fed has a 2 Slam wins over Rafa in the past decade, Stan has 1 (over injured Rafa) - he always struggled mightily against him. However, Stan found the secret sauce to beat Djokovic multiple times in that same time period

Mist coaches should pay attention how federer is hitting most forehands open stanced and semi open. I don't know why the insistence of always turning sideways.MTM works guys

I would say that I've even a slightly better tennis IQ then Roger. But my bones are a bit too light for Tennis. Badminton- no damn!! :)
