My longest rally is 12 minutes. .. I used to do it as a drill for my high level players... In 2013 I remember practicing with a few top hundred pros at the Miami open and they would actually stop the ball because the rally was so long because they didn't want one ball to get worn out more than another... Lol Great video! And can be a great drill (:

Excellent! I used your video as a training aid. I put it in my big screen TV and practiced shadow swings trying to replicate your movements as close as possible including split step and footwork. It is great to develop correct timing, rhythm and anticipation. It is a good workout too, it got me sweating in no time (although that is not hard for me). Thank you very much for posting.

Good stuff, so relaxed and consistent very zen no one got tense and muscled the ball. My coach used to make us do 50/50's before we could play a set. All we wanted to do was play lol but he never let us. 50 fhs, 50 bhs then you could play. So grateful for that discipline disguised a chore to play a set lol.

I had an over 200 rally on many occasions. This one would actually be considered quite short amongst the tennis community. Especially when you consider that first one was going out and the second one was also out - according to ATP rules. Good effort but one must you try harder next time.

184 was my count too man excellent job!! That’s not easy to do, takes lots of concentration, we do this drill everyday at practice, we do 100 ball drill to warmup, meaning you and your partner must make 100 ball rally to move on!! Most days we hav to stop after 15 mins and move on cuz no one can get it!! I’d say our success rate is prob 40-45% of the time we get to 100 ball rally, granted we are only div 3 college tennis team and you guys are Pros, so I would assume that Pros should be able to hit 184 at least 70-75% of the time
