Hi Mr K, Please could you share how you blanche and prepare your spinach? Also do you use loose fresh spinach on stalk or bagged spinach from supermarkets? cheers
@Nigeriacuisine
@Nigeriacuisine 8 жыл бұрын
Chrissie Cakes..Will definitely try and make a video about blanching. It just basically dipping your spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds, removing spinach immediately to pour into cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze and set aside. It helps retains the green to last longer and remove excess water for your Eforiro. You can also buy prepacked in supermarket to save you the stress but make sure you defrost it and squeeze the water out before applying to your food. You dont have to remove water from your veg if you dont want to but i love to. I hope that helps. Stay connected

Fynechyld, Thanks for leaving your comment. Abodi - Cow intestine. 2) How much Spinach used- 3kg (3000 grams) . 3) Where can I find Iru? - Local African store depending on where you live. I hope I have been able to answer your question. Please stay connected.

Excellent as usual. Did you use a blender or food processor for the peppers? I noticed that the pepper is coarse and not plenty of water. I want the same consistency as yours. Thanks 😆
@Nigeriacuisine
@Nigeriacuisine 8 жыл бұрын
toymos1 Thanks Toymos1. I used blender but food processor is even better. With blender , a bit of water allows the blade to roll. A good food processor does the job easier. Thanks for leaving your comment.

You should be on TV. You could do a video pitch, with your personality and content it shouldn't be impossible to get sponsors for a slot on one of the African TV Channels in the UK.. you'll get views enough to sustain it. You're fab! If am not careful, I'll start eating red meat again because of your recipes 😆

Stop using metal spoon on metal pot,it leaves metal in your food and system causing cancer in the long run mate.A wooden spoon is the way to go.l would have mistaking you for a meat and spice seller with all that ingredient😀
