Have you tried the 146 havoc compared to the 160 Camber pro. I emailed Nick from Lift and asked him what he would recommend for my next Foil and he recommended the havoc. I’m just curious if you got a chance to try their new line. Love your videos and your insight. I’m down here in Tampa area. Do you ever get down here? look us up.

Houston Kiteboarding on you tube has done a huge amount of wing combos. Great dude, talked to him once. Check em out. Your take on the Camber series 160 has me ordering one right now.

Mr. Ride, I ordered the 160 Camber Pro and it's on its way. I'm looking forward to getting back into the water soon once I heal up from a recent surgery. Anyway, my setup will be the 5'4" cruiser with the 160 Camber Pro and a 33 carve tail wing with the fuselage extender. From what I've researched the extender makes my setup similar to the 32 Glide. Do you agree with this? Anyway, I'm looking forward to riding again and also to more videos. Thanks for the vids!

I just tried the 32 Glide tonight for the first time. I was a bit surprised that it didn't have curved tips like my 36 Glide. It is actually just flat like the Carve stabs. Lift really needs to working their series naming/branding. Lighting strikes just over the hill scared me off the water before I could really put the right amount of time into the ride say for sure, but it is faster. I do think I missed the slipperiness of those curved wingtips though. Let me get another few rides in before I say for sure. I'd suspect that your 33 carve tail will likely perform closely to the 32 Glide given that they are very similar. Still, I suggest you give the 36 Glide a try if you should not find the 33 Carve to your liking.

If i bring friends, i use 200/48 surf. If i go alone i use 150 surf/32 glide. I love to change between going fast and going near stall speed playing.

It's super inspiring to see you ride! The 160 indeed refers to the surface area, but in square inches

You are correct. I've had a stern conversation with the Verdant Ride GPT for getting that wrong. :D

You guys like doing the premiere chat? Should I keep launching at the same bat time on the same bat channel in the same bat way?

Thanks Mr. Ride. A little update on my Lift adventures. Just got back on the water yesterday and this evening. Unfortunately, I have a new Lift problem. My controller appears to have water ingress and my ebox involuntary starts the motor which almost caught my fingers. Now I'll have to email Lift again to solve my issues. Don't get me wrong their customer service has been outstanding, but I've only been a customer since February, and I've been through a replacement battery and board due to defects. Have you had similar issues? At this point I'm considering compiling all my gear to sell it so I can buy a Fliteboard.

I don't blame you. These are very strange errors. I've had 2 battery replacements out of 3 boards, 1 eBox replacement to fix my loud running Lift3 Pro after trying to fix it with a new mast/motor, and my first remote lost its spring which they fixed by shipping me 2 controllers. I was able to fix the original with a replacement spring so now I've got spares galore. I wonder if your motor running is related to your remote or your ebox. Only Lift could say for sure. Sorry to hear you are having issues.
