In today's video, I show you how you can make two of my favorite recipes: egg bake and pasta salad.

EGG BAKE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- 6 Large Eggs
- Half a tub of Sour Cream
- 3/4 Bag of Tater Tots
- 2 small cans of green chilies
- 3/4 bag of shredded cheese (any kind you like)
- Seasonings (salt, pepper, onion salt, dried onions)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pyrex with canola, coconut, or avocado oil. Spread an even layer of tater tots on the bottom. Next add the cans of green chilies. Then sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese.
- In a separate bowl mix the sour cream, eggs and seasonings together until completely smooth. Pour the mix and evenly distribute as the top and final layer.
- Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned on top and sides have started to brown.
PASTA SALAD RECIPE:
Sesame Dressing
16 oz pasta (of your choice)
1/2 White Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Enjoya Pepper
Hard Cheese (of your choice)
3 Organic Celery Sticks
Boil water in a large pot and add dry pasta. Cook pasta fully but be sure not to overcook. Strain pasta and place in a separate bowl. Add a splash of dressing to prevent the pasta from sticking to itself. Mix and let cool for approximately 30 minutes.
Chop the onion, green bell pepper, Enjoya pepper, celery and cheese into small cubes. Add to the bowl containing the pasta, pour sesame dressing over the top and mix together until evenly distributed.
