Just some info for those who are curious: it's not a breakfast food, it's a snack food, especially popular in winter. The batter is similar to pancake or waffle batter, so it is more on the sweet than savory side, especially if its just plain egg like this one (which is also the version I've seen 99% of the time). In Korean the word "bread" (빵) is applied to many wheat flour based baked (or in this case griddled) goods, so pastries, donuts, sliced bread and cake-like confections could all fall under the "bread" label, including batter based goods like this egg bread and "fish bread" (a fish shaped snack with a custard-like cream or red bean filling).
