Yes i tried this recipe, it's awesome, tasty but I didn't get that colour. I got brownish-black colour but using lemon juice ut gives added taste ... Superb😊🎉

I am making this recipe today, but I bought this Everest Egg Curry Masala, so I want to know if I can replace Garam Masala with this EGG Curry Masala or not and will it affect the taste if I do? Also, can I make this in Butter instead of oil or it will affect the authentic Surti taste?
