1 1/2 lb ground beef
16 oz shredded cabbage
4 oz matchstick carrots
1 TBS garlic, minced
1 TBS ginger, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 cup water
3 teaspoons sriracha sauce
Sesame oil, for garnish
Green onions, for garnish
** may add  additional Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste upon serving
