this looks delicious. i didn't realize you could do this with basically pie dough.

Pie dough is different. Puff pastry like she is doing requires multiple folding of the dough which when baked makes it have layers if you like apple/ cherry turnovers this is he dough you can use to make them. All you do roll it out and cut it into squares put filling in the middle and fold it into a triangle use fork to seal the edges like you do with a pie with a top on it. 😂

This called rough pasty dough is kinda short cut for the original typical puff pastry dough.
