INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Soak The Fruits:
2 Tbsp Black Raisin
2 Tbsp Golden Raisin
2 Tbsp Cherry
3 Tbsp Tutti Frutti
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
1/3 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
Soak For 30 Min.
Caramel Syrup:
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised
1/3 Cup Water
Keep Aside
¼ Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Oil
Mix
1 Cup Flour
1 Tspn Baking Powder
¼ Tspn Baking Soda
Sieve
¼ Cup Powder Sugar
½ Tspn Cinnamon Powder
¼ Tspn Ginger Powder
¼ Tspn Nutmeg Powder
Caramel Syrup
Soaked Fruits
Mix
6 Inch Mould
Grease Oil
Place a Baking Paper
Pour Batter
Nut And Raisin
Place a Curry Pan
Pre-Heat For 5-7 Min.
Cook For 40-45 Min.

मेरे केक में यह एक समस्या आती है कि जब केक के batter में मैं raisins डालता हूं यानी कि मुनक्का डालता हूं तो वह केक बेक होने के बाद अंदर के मुनक्का फूट जाते हैं और वह हिस्सा चिकना रहता है ठीक से बेक नहीं होता तो ऐसा क्यों होता है और इसका उपाय क्या है
