Eggless Kulkul Recipe | Step by Step Crispy Kulkul Recipe for Christmas | Kal Kals | Fried Cookies

Ingredients: (1 Cup = 200 ml)
3 + 1/2 Cup (475 gms) Maida/All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup +1 Tbsp (100 gms) Rawa/Sooji/Semolina
1/2 Cup - 2 Tsp (remove 2 Tsp) (100 gms) Grain Sugar make into powder.
2 Tbsp Ghee/Clarified Butter
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Milk + 3/4 Cup Water for kneading the dough
1 Cup Dalda/Ghee + 1 Cup Oil for deep frying. You can use only Oil too.
1 Cup sugar make into powder for rolling the kulkuls
After cooling store in airtight box for 15 to 20 Days
