Eggless Mawa Cake
Ingredients :
Maida 150 gm
Condensed Milk 200 gm
Milk 60 ml
Powder sugar 30 gm
Mawa 125 gm
Baking powder 1/2 TSP
Baking soda 1/4 TSP
Butter 80 gm
Cardamom powder 1 TSP
Method :
Sieve maida, powder sugar, baking powder & baking soda. In other bowl take condensed milk, butter & milk . Whisk it properly. Now mix dry ingredients with condensed milk mixture . Whisk it. Then add grated mawa & cardamom powder and mix. Pour the mixture in a lined tin. Bake at 180°c for 35 to 40 min
