No food colour added in this cake .nicely you have decorated first layer of cake i.e. cream, pineapple crush with its juice. In second layer you have also used pieces of pineapple. Top layer is also decorated by using pineapple crush. I have never seen before soft & creamy excellent pineapple pastry cake. I am from India & pineapple easily available here.
