Thank you ma'am as I have tried it and came out delicious However is the ovenvtemp 140 degrees on a fan oven as you have stated 160degrees centigrade? Tried it on 150 degrees for 50 mins

Just made this cake with exact directions followed, and it came out really good. I used Owen to bake it, but all ingredients and methods from this video. Her tip about using all ingredients at room temperature was the big reason for this cake to come out so soft and spongy. Will make it again and again. Thank you Aartiji 🙏
