Angela truly was one of the best to play her part on The Office. The fact that she never broke character is simply amazing. She seems so chill and down to earth in real life, I’m always impressed with how cold and mean she is when she’s in character. I’m binge watching all 9 seasons AGAIN and I still get emotional from the wedding dance, and Michaels goodbye song. Steve Carell is great but it takes a talented supporting cast to keep a show going for 2 seasons without its main character!

Ok I am so going to be making some of these although I can’t get over how these just need a tad bit of polish. Ya gotta go overboard with style during the holidays! What I’m going to do is make the dough balls smooth and either sprinkle them with a mixture of sparkly sanding sugar and holiday nonpareils or top them with thinner icing so I can stripe it. Possibly color the icing or add spices to the icing, stripe the cookies, then sprinkle the icing with white sanding sugar for a classy look. I’ll tag ya with whatever I come up with!

I'm so clueless in the kitchen... why do you need to line the the cookie sheet with parchment paper? Why parchment paper ever? Is that to prevent too much browning? Is there a substitute?

Parchment paper is great because it’s non-stick and helps with even cooking. A great substitute is a silicone baking mat...they work great!
