Sorry a year late to the party. Just got my new 36" Blackstone, no air fryer. I have seen a few of your videos. I was running a pizza place in the 80's and loved to make breakfast pizza. I thought about 5 minutes in you were going to face plant that one. I stand corrected. I will be trying this as soon as the weather gets above zero here in Perth NY. What a great hack. Love the show. Quick question. If I get rid of one of the wifes wind chimes and hang a bell there, I'm sure either her or one of my neighbors will kill me but I don't know if that is a prosecutable offense.
