@@ItsAPartywithNateandCJ talking about the crunchwrap got me wanting on double bologna and cheese just had one for lunch today. So good, griddle two thick slices bologna , then added two slices Swiss cheese and two kraft singles, dill pickle slices, thinly slices sweet yellow onions, horseradish and Dijon mustard, and two freshly fried crisp corn tortillas on the top and bottom for double crunch and the flour tortilla wrapped over it all. Griddled to a dark golden brown both sides. And it was delicious.

I shop mostly at Publix here in FL. If you can’t find chorizo, and sausage you like will work just fine.

this looks awesome guys.. the temps ever hit double digits here again and ill make this for sure.. that being said i have a couple things, 1. you dont cut the eyes and bad spots off your potato's? and 2. what chorizo is that? the stuff we get down here comes in a tube and is mushy af and literally looks like human feces lol..

Made this this morning and it was awesome! The only difference in what I made was that I used bacon that I cured and smoked at home and chorizo that I processed myself at home as well. I have individual cast iron ramekins for the wife and I. A home run!

“Uncured” is not actually 100% correct. If the sodium nitrates come from a “natural source”, like celery powder, it can be labeled as “uncured”. Check the label and it will say something to the effect of “no added nitrates, except those naturally occuring in celery juice powder”.

You talk about using the large spatulas….well…use them to pick up the food to put on the griddle!!!!🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ preheat the serving skillet first before serving. Should have chard the tomatoes then place on top.
