I'm still not sold on this opening in September 2021. There seems to be a lot of work that still needs to be done and it's taking way to long to do.

I think they'll make the deadline because for example, stations like Science Centre and Mount Dennis are fairly close to completion, tracks are laid from Mount Dennis to about Oakwood, and the surface section is progressing well. Only thing that'll delay the line the the delayed LRV deliveries.

I concur it won't be anything like the Spadina extension, we're also dealing with Bombardier and they have been late with their LRV deliveries in the past.

There haven't really been any significant delays on deliveries other than the first few but that comes down to more of metrolix wanting them deleved before they had anywhere for to be delivered to.

@@ThomasJM im pretty sure we have 8 LRVs right now but at this rate, the line could still be delayed

@@mrrobot5963 it doesn't open for another year at least and they only just completed track so they can begin testing on the main line. I don't think there are going to be any delays from Bombardier. The only delays will be from Metrolinx lack of knowledge on how to manage a project like this.

Video uses the same sound-track as the one in the video to sell my house last summer...I would like to see more details on the project. How about a DETAILED flyover (drone) of the western end - including the maintenance and storage facility at Black Creek. Apparently, the power is on - for the catenary system in the actual 'yard'...the catenary (overhead wires) seem to be also substantially complete on the Black Creek 'flyover'...MORE DETAILS...we're waiting with baited breath!

Had to be filmed on a Sunday morning with absolutely no traffic. Would of loved to see an aerial view of chaos that I have to endure Monday to Friday

No the lights will automatically change to green as the train arrives (signal priority)

I know this is a very expensive infrastructure project, but it's very unimpressive. Their are way too many surface intersections for the trains to keep to a high frequency schedule. I reminds me a bit of the CTrain in Calgary, except their aren't as many surface intersections.
