I'm a minute 17 in, and I gotta be straight with you here: I love American soul music. Jill Scott, Erykah, and other older artists, to newer soul icons like Ari Lennox and SZA, Jhené Aiko, H.E.R or arguably Alina Baraz..... but COME ON man, the U.K. has RIDICULOUSLY talented soul artists, whether we mean Sade or Corinne Bailey Rae, NAO, Lianne la Havas, Denai Moore, Greentea Peng, and now this young lady. Like, all of them, every single one of them, can SING, and sing beautifully, with unique sounds and styles. You gotta give it to the English for producing some AWESOME neo-soul artists.
