EGO Hedge Trimmer Review/Maintenance & How to Treat Insect Damage to Your Bushes/Hedges

In this video I get to take my first experience at using a cordless hedge trimmer from EGO. (Not Sponsored) This unit is an absolute upgrade from using a corded hedge trimmer and after having my first "uh-oh" moment and damaging my cord. It did a great job. Problem is the hedges are in need of it again. 🤣🤣Gonna wait until the heat comes down before I stress the hedges.

@@TheHighlanderLawn How hot has it been? Been mostly in the 80's( some days around 90, and some occasional 70's) here in northern Illinois. But the thing is the humidity is pretty high which creates some disease pressure

I would love a video on how to deal with morning glory. Can't seem to get rid of it! I also have huge patches of grass just literally evaporating--like nothing left but dirt. I have done everything--aerated, treated for bugs and fungus, added top soil, re-seeded, put down peat moss, and kept it nice and wet (at least until the drought took over), and nothing to show for it. Any ideas?!

I did do a video on Q4 herbicide a few videos ago and one of the weeds it will take care of is morning glory (aka bind weed). My neighbors are currently cultivating it for me next door!! ( How thoughtful of them!! 🤣🤣) but I have been able to stay Morning glory free!! Thank you for the commen I hope to hear from you in the future!!

I honestly think that Q4 will handle 95% of most grassy and broadleaf weeds. It will not take out wild or regular bermuda or quackgrass . But everything else it will usually take care of.
