This is one of the weakest statements I've ever heard. If someone chooses to brandish a weapon, they've signed a contract to engage in mortal combat. He chose to die, and he got what he asked for. @gorillasharkAWESOME Hmm, maybe you are right, let´s check that,ok? Great Britain had a homicide rate of 1.2 per 100000 people, while the USA had 5.35. But maybe it is only the democrates states, so let´s take a look at the murder rates (so nonnegligent manslaughter is even excluded) of states that aren´t controlled by the democrats. Texas is a good start, right? I mean what can be more Republic than Texas. And Texas has... 4.7. Below American standard, but still 4 times Great Britain. But that´s probably only because of those pesky Mexicans at the border, right? So maybe take some state a bit farther inland. How about Missouri? 8.2Montana? 3.5 I could go on, but you see the pattern. While some republic coutries are indeed below the average for the USA in murders they are still far above Great Britain. In fact the only state to go below Great Brtain is New Hampshire with a rate of 1.1, which as far as I can tell is pretty shifting on the scale between red and blue. So maybe, just maybe, you have been talking shit out of your ass? @Jedi -Master Nender That may be true. One could argue if the guns are the cause or a symptom of americans lust for violence.

I live in Germany, I'm so glad that we don't have to deal with this on a daily basis. Gun related crime is extremely rare as hardly anyone has a gun. Don't get me wrong if I lived in the US I would definately have and feel the need 4 one. Whats wierd to me is that bad guys with guns never anticipate their victims having a gun.
@brianfitch54693 жыл бұрын
Ya to your own peril. Australia gave up their guns. Crime sky rocketed home invasions robberies. Because law abiding citizens turned them in and criminals kept them and embden them to commit crime knowing there's a high chance they won't have a gun. Same thing in britian. Now your over run with religious zealots who have no problem getting guns in whatevrr country they are in. What are you doing to do when they decide to make all of germany a no go zone? How many german girls have to be "graped" before somethings done? Those who give up freedoms for perceived safety, get neither nor do they deserve either. Get out the big cities. Once you get into suburban america gun crime is almost non existent. Most gun crimes yearly are men commit self delete. Then over 8000+ of the 13k are gang on gang. So you really have 5000 gun deaths for 400 million people not self delete or gang related and 2000 of those are spouse killings so 3000 gun deaths It's really not that wild here. And 1.5-3million people are saved yearly in America from becoming a victim because of guns. Just showing the gun prevents the crime. Those millions count more then the dead

@@brianfitch5469 Nah man even I was thinking about that, like sheesh to Europeans this makes America look like a place where your life could abruptly end at a moment's notice. Like yea yea, he defended himself as he should've but if that situation had firearms removed, it'd likely end with a bunch of verbal nonsense or at worst a fistfight. I get there perspective, it kind of IS ridiculous we need to carry a damn pistol for these situations. Like of course there's no helping it now, guns are here and there bountiful, but why would a country like Germany makes firearms as easy to get as they are here? It's just backwards, it's just creating a society with more openings for lethal crimes.
@TheBucketSkill3 жыл бұрын
@@Thomas-qg7vy I get what you mean, im a huge advocate for 2nd amendment and the need to carry but as you said, IN THE USA.
