Luxor is a city on the east bank of the Nile River in southern Egypt. It's on the site of ancient Thebes, the pharaohs’ capital at the height of their power, during the 16th-11th centuries B.C. Today's city surrounds 2 huge, surviving ancient monuments: graceful Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple, a mile north. The royal tombs of the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens are on the river’s west bank.

Thanks for these videos. You have stimulated my interest to visit Egypt and Factually speaking our kings also built their pallipadais in a grand way later on that was destructed by other dynasty kings and foreign invaders. Whereas in Egypt it was totally a one nation even in ancient times so after Egyptians when they were ruled by Greeks and ptolemies and romans they too adapted Egyptian style plus their own so there is no need to destroy their ancient kings tombs also even the Greeks , ptolemies romans may not know where exactly the tomb was since most of them were brought back after 18 and 19 th century. If you read the Thiruparankundram inscription you may understand how the pallipadais would be destroyed by Pandyas or later during Malik kafur invasion.

Mr Transit bytes Please read, learn and inform yourself before you go to places instead of just riffing random words and adjectives and plain gobbledygook as a substitute for information. You missed seeing almost 80% of the monuments in Luxor. And you can’t travel all the way to a country and then flinch on paying the entry fee to the monuments. That doesn’t seem like an intelligent travel strategy. Do you ever read and educate yourself?😀 The Nile originates in Lake Victoria in Uganda and flows as two tributaries, the Blue Nile and the White Sea Nile through Uganda, South Sudan and Sudan before they converge in Khartoum. The origin rivers for the Nile start in DRC and drain into Lake Victoria and then branch out as the Blue Nile and White Nile. And don’t keep saying the pyramids and the Egyptian monuments were built by some great mystery. There is a lot of documented evidence and explanations as to how they were built . Please read instead of making stuff up to fill in the gaps in your knowledge. You call yourself a travel vlogger so put some effort into learning things before you go to places and sites so you don’t have to randomly riff and go on an extemporaneous gobbledygook narrative.
