Mariam you're truly the best. I started using some of you many wonderful recipes whenever I get some free time.... I never knew we can cook it stovetop in a pan , I thought it should be placed in the oven to get crispy. Thanks for the video

The crispiness you get from the pan is actually more than if you used the oven 😉

I’ve just come back from Cairo where I had this at The Al Azhar park restaurant called the Citadel. It was delicious. I want to make this but what are the ingredients in the 7 spices and what is it called please. Thank you.

I guess you could but the pita bread soak up oil really fast so it might be too greasy/ heavy
