I think most people recognize that none of the Arab countries will allow the Palestinian people come to their country, while many have suspicions as to why, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi (President of Egypt) is the first to just flat out say it. Every leader of a country has the responsibility to FIRST look out for their own people. This includes not only the financial stability but also societal security and to avoid unrest. The reality of the situation is that with opening your borders to the Palestinian people you also invite Hamas and the rocket attacks on Israel and the inevitable retaliation. Smart move by Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. He's learning from history. The Kingdom of Jordan had originally the region of the West Bank of the Jordan River, including East Jerusalem from 1948 to 1967. After the six day War (1967 Arab-Israeli War) fought between Israel and the Arab coalition (Egypt, Syria and Jordan) with Israel winning, they lost the Golan Heights, West Bank and the Sinai Peninsula. When that happened the Palestinian Fedayeen (militants /guerrillas) relocated to Jordan and step up their own offense to recapture lost territories (Battle of Karameh). King Hussein allowed the PLO to take credit. The PLO strength began to grow, and they attracted support from other Arab countries. Then the Fedayeen tried to overthrow the Hashemite monarchy (Yassir Arafat vs Hussein).

I read the tweet from the Israeli spokesperson who said the airforce hit the hospital. Then he blamed Hamas for being there as they always do. Well, to be very honest….. Palestinian refugees have not had the best track record… When Jordan took them in, they tried to overthrow the Jordanian monarchy (Google Black September).. Then after that Lebanon took them in.. and they were one of the driving forces of the Lebanese civil war.. So… I mean… if you were Egypt.. What would you do? It’s not like their economic situation is all peachy as well. They have enough problems of their own. I think inflation last year was like 35% or something LOL. But I mean.. I think they made a good excuse by pushing the blame to Israel. I think that’s the common theme in this war huh? Nobody wants to accept responsibility for their actions. Everyone is basically saying “well, they started it”. Honestly, I don’t think hamas is stupid. They did this knowing that a lot of Palestinians will die. And I guess that’s ok to them? Something about jihad? As long as Saudi and Israel don’t normalise relations… killing thousands of their own people is worth it 🤷🏻‍♂️ wait. Wasn’t Hamas ELECTED in by the people? Wait.
