Woops. This should have been a private post. Sorry. However. This issue is driving me nits, Can't find an answer. I think it's a design flaw or manufacture defect. If it's something installed incorrectly I think I would be able to find a solution.

..... Is it designed to capture it ( as it's a place to avoid ) Then during your next ball play you can release it for an additional ball ? The solenoid seems to intentionally hold it (as programed ?) ? ? ..... Know nothing about pin ball machines. Edit: After 10 min. of thought. It's meant to hold it temporarily, and the solenoid is not releasing.

Thanks Rob but no. It's designed to stop the ball from passing and to let the ball out if stopped behind.
