good video, good to see the colours from the Experia. like the black one. but ordered a DSRX.

Difficult choice, why did you prefer the DSR/X over the Experia?
@TTemobility2 жыл бұрын
@@SwitzeroRider I drove both and the noise from the experia drive train is too loud for me. There is no advantage to a modern ICE BIke compairing the noise. Second: more AC chargestations available where I live. I usually do small streets between towns. DC charger are more available on highway or bigger towns. With the Chargetank inane fine as ideas with my SRS

Thanks for the preview. I visited it in 2019 for the same reason as you, choosing between Energica and Zero. Back then there was also HD with the Livewire. The remaining electric motorcycles on display were either still prototypes or smaller ones, such as scooters and all from S.E. Asia. In two hours I had seen all of them, quite a change with 2022. For AC charging the Xperia maxes out at 3 kW, if it had 6, it would still be on the run for me against the DSR/X. For the time being the SR/F still fits my wants and needs.

Indeed, if Energica had at least 6 kW on AC it would be very tempting to get. Unfortunately with 3 kW charger, you need 6 hours to charge it in case you can't find a CCS or it is not working/taken by somebody else... On the meantime, I enjoy very much my 12 kW charging on AC on the SR/S. You always get 1 hour charge, but type 2 are everywhere!

fully agree, the Experia with a 6 kW AC would be a killer (and a belt as well) OR the DSR/X with a CCS option, but comparing the driving experience the Experia is very close to the SR/F, while the DSR/X has a different handling

@@SwitzeroRider If I were to buy an electric motorcycle today it would be the DSR/X, more comfortable for tall riders and better designed for longer rides in all weather/terrain conditions. On the other hand, I was surprised that it was a little louder (larger belt?) and had a little less regenerative braking than my SR/F (I also tried Eco). Unfortunately, the base model is about 5K more expensive than the SR/F Premium was 3 years ago and my SR/F is still running great 🙂.

Thanks, can you imagine that I didn't capture all electric motorcycles on display, it takes probably 2 days to see them all

@@SwitzeroRider I confirm it took me 2 full days to capture all electric motorcycles at EICMA

Very awesome! I am getting my Alrendo TS Bravo soon. The RS Omega (the chopper one) also looks nice. Currently riding a TC Max. Started as a commuter 2 years ago and upgrading to a full 11kw one now. I can't say for sure if I might upgrade to a full motorcycle license but if this goes on I just might.

you are stepping up your game in terms of recording and editing on each video! very nice work! A pity that we couldn't meet there at EICMA. Hopefully next year!

motocycle are where the cars was 10 jears ago. it was only tesla model s and renault zoe (like zero and energica) and a few conzepts (soco etc). but look where we are now. but it will take another 5-10 jears i think because the industries was sleeping on 2wheels...
