The installation of the meters etc is super neat. Yes, that is odd with the two lighting circuits. But at least not all the lights will trip.

I don't doubt CPCs twisted together aggravates you and many other electricians but continuity, even poor continuity, is likely to be maintained if these conductors come adrift from a terminal, whether in a back-box or in a socket. Separate sleeves particularly on radial circuits are bound to be less safe, don't you agree?
