Dude, those rails are LIVE man I love it. I, as you can see by my username am a career finish carpenter and Custom cabinet designer, fabricator etc. Always wanted a pool table growing up (I'm 53now), and just recently came up with, I'll just build myself one. Enter me finding your videos. I mainly wanted to make sure that the rails aren't dead, for anyone that shoots will know how aggregating that can be. I was already going through your build and I saw this demo video, and the action of the rails are really impressive. I really don't think I have ever played on a table as responsive as that one appears to be. Thanks for the inspiration bro, And you enjoy playing the guitar and luthiery work, we must be akin somewhere.....lol

You should do a full game video with it

Any idea how much the build is without the slate? Like using MDF particle board instead?

I spent $1000. But could have done it for half that. That dollar amount includes the $150 for the slate. I wouldn't want to play on a MDF table, but that is just my opinion. Thank you so much for your comment!
