Glad he never overshadows the rest of the music in his videos, must be lovely being in the same band

Those are some top notch chops. Now say that ten times in a row... El E is a beast. I look forward to you and your viking drummer friend listening to the Dirty Loops side project Songs For Lovers (Aron and Henrik needed something to do whilst Jonah was in another project). Aron and Henrik goes off on their respective instruments and it is TIGHT. Have a nice evening 👋

I knew that I was in for a party today. Like Jillian, I felt a little lost about ghost notes, but I get the gist of the conversation. I will say that El Estepario Sabiriano is a mighty fine drummer. And all y’all are some of my favorite People! 🎶 Cyd

Thanks for following that request, guys, much appreciated. Yeah, El Estepario is having a ton of fun with this tune; he’s like a hailstorm or a blizzard on the drum kit 😉 Some interesting nerding out on ghost notes and other technicalities there 🥁 Thanks again

Thank YOU for the great suggestion, @ingefiddle!!! Loved it, as always with EES!!

When I play drums, I don't even know if my ghost notes are audible or not. Sometimes it just feels right to do them even though they aren't audible.

Yup, that’ll happen for sure

Sorry, But all his stuff sound the same. Speed and technical...ok. Other than that ZZZzzzz. Stick to the glory of Loops instead 💯💢

@@toniedvardsen8169 I’d agree with you if that’s how he was in a band. But he’s not. You should actually check out his band “The Cost” because it’s quite the opposite. He’s extremely smart and knows when to let things shine. He does this stuff just for fun and to show ability. That’s all. Here’s one of our reactions to his band…featuring vocals from Serj of System of a Down. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qKDEYYpnqbJqpKcsi=4yMSAMEHLnqh2uG0 He certainly doesn’t step on the band members.
