I am an African, but this man is a true leader for El Salvador people he does what is right for his country every time, he reduced the murder rate from 38 to 7.8 per 100k in four years you can't argue with that. Some of us always elect terrible leaders because we know we can always flee to other countries when it gets bad. If we fix Africa we would not have this problem, but we never learn.

That's the reason of the fee, it's because USA is pressing El Salvador to do so, so africans don't use it to make their way to either Nicaragua( who's president is also charging africans to get them to USA) or directly to USA through mexico.
