I would say there's no doubt the BLUR harmonies influence here.. did Damon Albarn something to do with some part of this song? you bet he show some chromatic descendent chords to Justine maybe watching TV on Sunday.. it´s definitely Blur chords progression (Stereotypes.. and others), just saying!
