I somehow feel learning elbow striking basics helps to impove overall head protection in general :) Furthermore, I think different spin attacks should be learned starting from spinning elbow first due to simplicity of pattern of motion in this movement :)

Man, thank you so much Gabriel, for making this amazing video on elbows, I felt like I learned a lot through this video Gabriel, will be trying this out in shadow boxing first tho, but I will be just using them for fun, maybe sometimes in sparring, because, I do kickboxing, so the elbows are not the part of my arsenal, just thinking it would be cool to utilize them in the free time sometimes, around the gym, but overall, it is really nice to learn how to elbow properly and effectively too, thank you so much Gabriel!
